One of the jobs that I have volunteered to do is to work at the Brunswick Hospital. My job there is to do what they call “Rounding”. That is to say that I go to the hospital and make rounds to visit the patients. This is what I look like:
Not very cute, but that’s the way it is.
I do enjoy working with the patients that need help in one way or another. Some times, it is no more then just talking to them and other times I can get a blanket for them or get the nurse. I guess you might say I’m a helper for what ever. Not much, but I enjoy it.
Another up side to this job is that I have got to know and visit each week with some good friends. Here are a few of them.
